Dr. V. K. Senthil Ragavan serves as the Professor of Computer Science and Engineering and Chief Executive Officer of Sri Shanmugha Educational Institutions. He holds an M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Kongu Engineering College (Anna University, Chennai) and earned his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in 2014. With over 25 years of extensive experience spanning academia, industry, and research, he has held several key academic and administrative positions in reputed institutions. Dr. Senthil Ragavan has organized several AICTE- and DST-sponsored Faculty Development Programmes and international/national conferences, and has actively participated in seminars, workshops, FDPs, STTPs, and ATAL FDPs conducted by leading institutions. A certified Digital Teacher by the ICT Academy of Tamil Nadu, he is also well-experienced in ISO, NAAC, and NBA audits. He has received several prestigious awards, including the Best Teacher Award (Kongu Engineering College), Best Project Award (Corllins University), Gurukul Academic Award 2022 for Teaching and Research Excellence, recognition in the World Book Record for publishing five books within three months, and the Global Achievers of India Certificate of Honour 2025 for Academic Excellence and Institution Building. He is an active member of multiple professional bodies, including IEI, IEEE, ISTE, IETE, CSTA, IAENG, and SPIE.
